New Updated Online Banking Experience

On February 14th, 2023, our current online and mobile banking platforms

will be upgraded to an improved digital banking experience with

MORE convenience, ADDED security, and many NEW features.

 What do I need to prepare? 

  • Make sure you know your log-in credentials. Face ID and Touch ID will be down starting February 13th for the update and not work till first time you access the site.
  • Ensure you have a compatible browser downloaded on your computer. Our new online banking platform is supported by the following browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Safari. 
  • Please be sure we have your latest email address for communications.

 First Time Access

Access from our Website

  1. Once our new platform has launched on February 14th. You can login at www.bankcsb.biz, using the same gold login button that you are familiar with.
  2. To log on to your Online Banking you will use the same credentials as before.
  3. You will also be asked to set up Two-Factor Authentication, to help safeguard your account and replace your security questions. Once this information is entered, you will choose to receive a one-time verification code by: 

          1) Text message to the mobile number entered.

          2) Automated phone call to the phone                                                  number entered.

Access to the New Mobile App

  1. Once our new app is available on February 14th, you will first need to download it from the Apple Store or Google Play Store by searching for "CSB KS” (If you open the existing app on your phone, it will prompt you to download the new app.) 
  2. Your current credentials will work but PLEASE NOTE: Face ID and Touch ID will NOT work the first time you log in to the app. You will need to contact us if you do not recall your credentials.
